Watermelon Slices

Sweet, tangy melon slices that are suitable for Diabetic and Low Calorie diets.

The simple addition of cardamom, paprika and salt provides a new and surprising taste experience.

Preparation: 10 mins | Serves: 2+

1/2 watermelon, medium
1 tsp cardamom, ground
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt, coarse


CUT the watermelon into thick slice, retaining the rind.
SPRINKLE each slice with cardamom, paprika and salt. (Test one slice so the quantity of cardamom, paprika and salt are to your taste.)

– Good chilled although not necessary.
